Optical Manager

Experienced Optician with management experience to oversee our high volume optical stores. 3 Offices located in and around Central Houston.  We are currently accepting applications for this full-time position from individuals who will monitor daily flow, lead by example in service and productivity, and troubleshoot various customer and administrative challenges.  Must demonstrate expertise in customer service and cultivate a positive experience patients and employees. 

Other duties include but are not limited to:

  • Innovate, train, and drive business development with a positive and constructive attitude
  • Manage, oversight, and cultivate frame inventory.
  • Identify areas of opportunities to increase revenues.
  • Review invoices to monitor COG.
  • ABO Certified preferred.

Reception / Patient Coordinator Supervisor - Full Time

Perform the duties of the receptionist; maintains control of the reception and in the waiting areas; overseeing the day-to-day operational functions. Will oversight and team member for reception and departure of patients. Key responsibilities include day to day financial reporting, office administrative, staff scheduling, physician liaison and insurance compliance.  
2-3 years experience, medical/ophthalmology experience preferred. Bilingual preferred.



 
Reception / Patient Coordinator - Full Time
Assist physician and administration with the maintenance of medical and surgical ophthalmology practice flowing smoothly and efficiently.  Superior organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment, communicate calmly, and effectively with all types of patients, practice physicians, and auxiliary staff. The position requires the ability to demonstrate composure and function efficiently while performing multiple tasks. Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills are essential with flexibility in work assignments. Bilingual preferred but not required.
